Designpreneurs Hackathon, in collaboration with the Communication Design (COMD) program at City Tech, CUNY, brought together students, designers, educators, and creative technologists for an exciting showcase of AI-driven design innovation.

Over two intense days, student hackers explored how AI can shape the future of design, creativity, and interaction. In less than 24 hours, teams developed bold concepts and AI-powered design solutions that pushed beyond traditional UI thinking.

The Final Pitches featured presentations from interdisciplinary student teams who shared their visions for the future of AI and design. Attendees connected with judges, mentors, and industry professionals from companies including Google, Microsoft, Meta, NY Times, and JP Morgan Chase.

From AI-assisted experiences to speculative future systems, the event celebrated experimentation, storytelling, and the next generation of interaction design talent at City Tech’s COMD program.
